The South Eastern European Partnership on Accountancy Development
(SEEPAD) meeting took
place in December 2001 in Istanbul, Turkey to discuss "Accountants Role
in Corporate Governance and International Accounting for Small and Medium Sized
Enterprises".
Participants included more than 30 participants from SEEPAD
Member countries and international organisations. During this meeting, SEEPAD
members adopted SEEPAD
Charter.
