- SEEPAD GENERAL ASSEMBLY DECISION No.10 of 29th of April 2007
Art. 1 The General Assembly approves the agenda of the meeting, according to Appendix 1.
Art. 2 The General Assembly approves the SEEPAD Activity Report, according to Appendix 2.
Art. 3 The General Assembly approves the SEEPAD Treasurer’s Report, according to Appendix 3.
Art. 4 The General Assembly approves the SEEPAD Auditor’s Report on SEEPAD financial statements, according to Appendix 4.
Art. 5 The SEEPAD action plan for the period 2007/2008 is approved by the General Assembly, according to Appendix 5.
Art. 5.1 The General Assembly also approved:
(a) to extend the SEEPAD – ACCA agreement for at least 3 years;
(b) to review the agreement in the next months following the General Assembly
and to present a draft at the next SEEPAD Council meeting;
(c) the level of financing to be of at least 20,000 EUR / year;
(d) to employ a new SEEPAD Executive Director in cooperation with ACCA.
Art. 6 The General Assembly approves the SEEPAD income and expenses budget for 2007 and 2008, according to Appendix 6.
Art.6.1 The General Assembly also decided that all accommodation costs for the participants to the next SEEPAD events be supported by the participant bodies.
Art. 7 The General Assembly, according to point 7 on the Agenda, approves the establishment of the Charter Reviewing Committee comprising all the SEEPAD Council Members. The Committee should submit draft amendments at the next Council meeting, according to the approved agenda.
Art. 8 The General Assembly approves the date and place of the next General Assembly, Council meetings and Seminars, according to Appendix 7.
Art. 9 The General Assembly decides that:
Art. 9.1 SCAAK attends all the future SEEPAD meetings,
Art. 9.2 To fasten the modification of the SEEPAD Charter and
Art. 9.3 To held an extraordinary General Assembly meeting within 6 month.
