- THE DECISION No. 9 OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE 30TH OF APRIL 2006 -
Art 1 It approves the SEEPAD Council Report regarding the activity carried out from the last General Assembly meeting, appendix 1.
Art 2 It approves the Treasurer Report regarding the financial statement of SEEPAD as of 31st December 2005 and the independent auditors report on the SEEPAD accounts as of the 31st of December 2005, appendix 2 and 3.
Art 3 It approves the strategic objectives of SEEPAD for the period 2006 to 2010 and the action program for the period 2006 to 2007, appendix 4 and 5.
Art 4 It approves the revenues and expenses budget for the years 2006 and 2007, appendix 6.
Art 5 It approves the Report regarding the SEEPAD members’ situation as of the 31st of December 2005 and the Council recommendations regarding the acceptance as SEEPAD members of the following candidate bodies: OEC and CNCC – France, UFPAA – Ukraine and TURMOB – Turkey, according to appendix 7.
The SEEPAD Members Register contains 14 member bodies, according to appendix 8.
Art 6 It approves the SEEPAD Council structure for a two year mandate according to appendix 9.
Art 7 It approves the Agenda of the future meetings of the SEEPAD which are provided within appendix 10 to the present decision.
Art 8 The elected and executive structures of SEEPAD will carry out the provisions
of the present Decisions.
