SEEPAD Action Plan for the following period (enclosed) is approved.



SEEPAD’s MAIN OBJECTIVES for the next year


1. In the IAS/IFRS field, SEEPAD has as objective to collect from the members the necessary in order to train the trainers in the field of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Audit Standards; on the basis of these proposals a Training and Professional Development Program for the members will be done for each SEERAD’s member organism;


2. Materials issued by IFAC and FEE in the accountancy and audit field will be sent to organisms member SEEPAD and also towards all the members and non-members of these organism for a rapid dissemination in the territory, so as everybody know what happens at the international level.


3. 2 seminars for training the trainers in the field of quality control will be organized.


4. The exchange of experience between SEEPAD’s members will be amplified.


5. 2 common seminars in the ethical field will be organized for the trainers.


6. Mutual assistance will be accorded between the countries members for implementing the IFAC’s Code of Ethic.


7. Until the next General Assembly, a South Eastern European Conference in the accountancy and audit field will be organized with the intention to be institutionalized, with the participation of the professions representatives of the region, World Bank and all persons interested, representatives of the Government of SEEPAD’S countries.


8. Some negotiation will be initiated for sensitizing the Governments of SEEPAD’s countries, especially where there is no liberal profession, for developing the private public partnership in the accountancy and audit field.
