- DECISION No. 5 of 30TH OF APRIL 2006 OF THE SEEPAD COUNCIL -

According Art 5.2.2.1 of the SEEPAD Charter, the Council decides the following

Art 1 It elects for the position of SEEPAD President for a two year mandate, Mr. MARIN TOMA, Romania.

Art 2 It elects for the position of SEEPAD Vice President for a two year mandate Mr. DIMITAR JELIAZKOV, Bulgaria.

Art 3 It elects for the position of Treasurer of SEEPAD, for a two year mandate Mr. ROMEO MITRI, Albania.

Art 4 It elects as additional member of the SEEPAD Council as a representative of the Presidents residence country, Miss DANIELA VULCAN, Romania.

Art 5 It elects as President of the Members Committee and member of the Council for a two year mandate, Mr. MIODRAG ZIVKOVIC, Serbia. The structure of the Members Committee is presented within Appendix 1 to this Decision.

Art 6 It elects as President of the Education and Ethics Committee for a two year mandate, Mr. BOIKO KOSTOV, Bulgaria. The structure of the Education and Ethics Committee is presented within Appendix 2 to this Decision.

Art 7 The elected and executive structures of SEEPAD will carry out the provisions of the present Decisions.
