- DECISION No. 01/C OF THE SEEPAD COUNCIL OF 10 ^th OF FEBRUARY 2005 -

ART. 1. The SEEPAD – South-Eastern European Partnership on Accountancy Development - registration in Romania, Bucharest is unanimously approved. The SEEPAD President, with the support from the Romanian Institute of expert and licensed accountants (CECCAR) will take the necessary steps in order to carry out the formalities according to the Romanian legislation, with the view of registering and opening bank accounts.

The temporary headquarters is set to be Bucharest, Sectorul 3, B-dul Mircea Voda nr. 35, bl. M27,parter, telefon: 327 63 80;81;82, fax: 326 71 73, e-mail: ceccar@ceccaro.ro.

The SEEPAD Secretariat is going to make proposals and the SEEPAD Council is going to approve the final Secretariat when a final  location is going to be found. SEEPAD will make proposals and SEEPAD Council will approve the final headquarters when a final location will be decided.

ART. 2. SEEPAD Secretariat will enforce the provisions of the current decision.
